Module 3 Idea refinement
April 28, 2019The process of setting an idea can be fun, easy and a creative experience. Refining the idea can be the opposite. That is my experience. Often when an idea is set you need a diversity of people to refine the idea. That can lead to slow down the process, because the image of the idea can differ and the knowledge of the idea and the process has to be severely communicated to the participants to take the idea to the next level. My experience is that the process goes forward, just to take a step backwards. That takes time and patience. But in the end it will be a better idea, of corse, than before.
