On publicly accessable articles (or anything written to the general audience) there should be references (links) to the source material. If it is a personal view or reflection that should also be listed as a source and how you can come in contact with that person to ask additional questions regarding their article.
Unfortunately this will not prevent people from posting false names or give you a load of BS when asked.
The idea needs to force people to have accountability for their views either by a coded (in order for the author to be able to ventilate thoughts and ideas w/o a crowd outside their house)
signature that can be shown in case of a legal dispute. This would hopefully prevent people to throw out views w/o prior concern or thought of the consequences.
Realizing the Idea
In a side-banner/pop-up, information about the source should be listed. If no information has been listed, there will be a badge/mark of some sort, to indicate that the source of information is potentially dubious.
Before posting a view, idea or thought you would have to identify you in some way. If having a blog, instagram, tweet etc there should be a requirement of identification and also if you have “radical” views there should be a forum for people to have you “page” reviewed.
Encourages the reader to expand their knowledge
Not necessarily, encourages the reader to check the source and if they are curious they can expand their knowledge.
Nothing, really mostly common sense.
