Hi there and Happy Easter! Warm welcome to module four about resource integration. I’m not very blogg literate but now that I see 6 page views on my previous post, I feel I’m on a viral roll. I must say I’m having a really hard time understanding the presentation on Resourse Intergration. I get the part that we should treat humans like free thinking humans, and I guess the integration part was using both things and free thinking people to create the value. At this point I however don’t know what to do with the info and it worries me when Mrs. Åkesson says it is essential. Any explanatory help here is very welcoming. Listening in to Mr. Grönroos however, everything he says seems very natural. Of course it is like that! Or wait a minute, the beef in the hamburger. How do know what scope to get good at? Do I have to pair up with the fries manufacturer or the paper company whos paper sticks to the bun? Can’t I just focus on my ecological angus beef? I guess no, from listening to him. In my industry, the truck (dare I say manufacturing) industry, value in use is what it is all about. It always has been for the customer, even if we haven’t seen it that way widespread within the company. The brand I work for has a premium price and I have to go back and look at Mr. grönroos graph again. Are we in the area where we have a decreasing 2nd derivate on profitability? i think so. And what is the quality of the tomatoes? Do we have tomatoes, or did we forget them? Who’s responsible for the hamburger composision, me?! I have some homework to do. #mssl151
