Understanding Customer Experience open for registration
On January 22nd, we will start the fourth run of our free open online course about understanding customer experience (register here). The aim of the course is to prepare you for analytical work related to customers’ experiences and to provide concepts and theories that are suitable for this purpose. The open online course is also available for credit.
The course is tailored for professionals working in different sectors (business or public) and builds on research conducted at CTF, Service Research Center at Karlstad University. The design of the course is flexible and centers around you and your situation and enables you to study at your own pace and time.
