Warm welcome to module 4 on customer interactions

Dear course participants,

Welcome to the module 4 in #UCE72, focusing on “customer interaction” and “service encounter”. I suggest that you start this module by reading major part of the literature and in parallel watch the videos. You find the weekly breakdown here as usual. We are not going to have a webinar this week.
Instead, use the time for reading and thinking on how to use the provided material. Blog in accordance to the instructions.

Next week (“week 2”), you continue to blog and make a draft of your module project (for those of you that are officially registered). We will have the first webinar on Thursday April 13th, 12.00-13.00 CEST. At the webinar you shortly describe your project and you may have some comments from me and the other participants.
