VIDEO: #uce72 – Welcome to module 2.

Module 1 of #uce72 came to a successful end with many more blogs connected to the course homepage and it feels like many of us are ready for open networked learning. The amount of tweets using our hashtag and the fact that you already started saying hi on each others’ blogs, makes me confident that the remaining modules will be a fantastic learning opportunity about Understanding Customer Experience!

Should you know of colleagues or friends who might be interested to join the course, please do spread the word. It is definitely not too late to join. In fact, in an open course like this, there is no final deadline to join. Our community will always be open, also for those who are just interested in one or two modules.

Now it is high time however to move on to module 2 of our course, the first real content module. Professor Margareta Friman will be your facilitator for the next four weeks in which we will discuss the basic psychological mechanisms behind customer experiences as well as concepts such as satisfaction, cognition, quality, emotions, disconfirmation, and subjective well-being.

Here an overview of the live events during the module:
Webinar: Thursday, 8 February 12.00 – 13.00 CET (check your timezone)
We meet as always in: sunet.zoom.us/my/uce72.

Tweetchat: Friday, 16 February 12.00 – 13.00 CET – (check your timezone)
More information about the Tweetchat.

Webinar: Friday, 23 February 12.00 – 13.00 (check your timezone)
We meet as always in: sunet.zoom.us/my/uce72.

A tip on allocating your time during this module. As we wrote in our previous post, we would recommend to start watching the videos and reading the course literature – the one under the heading “Literature”. Watch all videos and read one article per week. Then, spend one hour per week or so to write a blog post and comment on those of others – network! Do that last and spend as much time as you can afford for this, but prioritize the reading of the scientific articles.

We are looking forward to your reflective blog posts, the webinars our tweetchat during this module. Don’t forget to tweet about your blog posts and include the hashtag #uce72. And make sure to read and comment each others’s work.

Best,

Margareta and Jörg
