Welcome to the second and final webinar of module 4
Dear students!
On Friday, 27 April 12.00 – 13.00 CEST (check your timezone) we will have our final webinar in the course module 4 (“Customer Interaction”). Hope you join in.
At the webinar, I want to focus on those of you who are officially registered and working with the assignment (see instructions here). I want you to say a few words on what aspect you have addressed and how it links to your organization or context. Due to the fact that the literature on this module was not up to date upon start (sorry for that!), I will disregard the number of words you have in your text. I will accept project work with less than the stipulated number of words (length).
