Hi Guys. What can i say about this topic, other than it was so awesome due to alot of personal stuff i havent had much interaction. In this scenario we have discussed the importance of collaborations, what it means and how does it differ from a joint group work. Our facilitator suggested it would be … Continue reading Topic 3 : Learning in communities – networked collaborative learning
Community can help one grow
The best example of community collaborative learning had been in my experience the COST actions. International EU projects having each one and only aim but with different ways to reach it (depending on the country). Articles are written with many authors on, books and reports as well and, eventually, a unique solution is found for a … Continue reading Community can help one grow →
Lessons learnt – Future practice
Little did I understand what a journey this fall would be! My own development in digital literacy has been tremendous. I would like to describe my starting level at “Skills” in Beetham and Sharpe’s pyramid model of digital literacy development. (JISC infoNet 2014) I found a blog about Georgie, a five years old blogger and … Continue reading Lessons learnt – Future practice →
Open education=alive education
I read myself into what open education is… So an open learning source is supposed to be allowed to be transformed, modified, update, improved by others… what if they ruin it all together? 🙂 If seen as a product it means giving up the intellectual properties… One thing that I created and published was my … Continue reading Open education=alive education →
Topic 5: Lessons learnt – future practice
https://pixabay.com What did I learn? What is my lessons learnt? My answer to that is quite simple: „A lot, I have learned! However, this is not meaningful enough for a reflection, so there is a small description. But first I would like to say that it was a lot of fun. It was exhausting, no … Weiterlesen Topic 5: Lessons learnt – future practice →
Lessons learnt
Looking back on the past two months, I would say that my experience of the course has been a very positive one, with a few exceptions.
The first thing
Learnings….? That will take a while to sort out.
The course finished last week and the assignment now is to summarize the learnings, and I re-read my notes a bit randomly from the past ten weeks. I have deliberately waited a few days before opening my blog page, as I’m still in a reflective stage. And that, I guess, is a pretty good sign … Fortsätt läsa Learnings….? Blogpost 5: Lessons learned – future practice
My blogging days have come to an end. In this final blog post I will share some of the things I have learned through my engagement in the ONL course. I’ll start off with my nemesis – blogging. No, we have not bonded, and we will not stroll off into the sunset holding hands. But… … Continue reading Blogpost 5: Lessons learned – future practice →
The outlook, post-ONL18
The Large Hadron Collider/ATLAS at CERN | by Image Editor So now ONL18 is over and I can look back over it all and see what I think with a little distance. I can say that it was not a fun beginning for me, but two things kept me going. First, I know that part … Continue reading The outlook, post-ONL18 →
Topic 5 Lessons learnt – future practice
I prepared a slide to summarize the course as part of the presentation for PBL9 and I have included it below. We used a new tool for each topic. I think this was a good way to try out new tools since you were “forced” to start using them and I could then judge their … Continue reading Topic 5 Lessons learnt – future practice →
Topic 5 – W.10: Lessons learnt -> The importance of the GROUP
The end of the course. Honestly, I am relief. It has been quite some additional workload to my already-busy agenda that I will not miss. Yet, I consider myself lucky to have the opportunity to follow this course and learn so many different and interesting aspects of online learning. But if I have to highlight … Continue reading Topic 5 – W.10: Lessons learnt -> The importance of the GROUP
Collaborative learning on-line
Another late blog-post from my side. And I have to sort my thoughts about collaborative learning in this one. First of all, sounding like an actor after receiving the Oscar statuette, I would like to thank my PBL group and the facilitators for a true collaborative learning experience online. Yes, ONL181 has been, at least … Continue reading Collaborative learning on-line
Blog entry Topic 4
Topic 4 The topic that we have been working with the past two weeks was very interesting. I truly find it absolutely necessary for succeeding with a good course to be able to provide a nice design for it, especially so in a digital setting as the Online milieu. A further interesting element was to … Fortsätt läsa Blog entry Topic 4
Essentials from Open Networked Learning 2018
More than two months ago, I wrote a post entitled Fresh start with a nice view: I was about to reactivate my old blog while I still enjoyed my last autumn vacation day in Italy. I remember being slightly stressed … Continue reading →
ONL18: Reflections
As with all of these courses, the best part about it was meeting colleagues and having interesting conversations with them. Because of the way the course was organized, virtually all sessions were or involved conversations with colleagues. We do discuss courses a lot at work as well, but these conversations are often more practical than theoretical … Continue reading ONL18: Reflections →
