Listening to the google hangout I hear a lot of frustration about where to find things- and I recognize this in myself. I want a list of where to find things. I do not want to have to look in a million places and then still be scared that I have missed something. I also feel a lot of time is being spent in technical issues in the zoom workshop that I listened to and then also in the google hangout. But- I am thinking- once I get a hang of it- things will get better.

I have tried to set my goals for this course. Yesterday I had a quiz with the resident drs using kahoot. It was fun and it seemed many of the doctors had used it before. I have already set up several kahoots before and I have an intention of using it more in my teaching and especially as a kind of ”easy check” that students have actually captured what I try to teach.

In addition I have scheduled a ”meet the teacher” webinar using Zoom with all my students in order for them to have an opportunity to ask questions after the course and before the practical exam OSCE which is held next Friday. My ambition is to have 4 ”meet the teacher” sessions this semester. we shall see what the students think of it. I would love to know how to arrange an online survey in zoom. have to figure that out somehow.

Then- about the course itself and the assignments- they are not entirely clear to me but I guess I will just do my best and get started somehow. if everybody else can do it- then probably so should I!
